I found a few of these 6 inch movie Wasp figures a while back on clearance and decided to grab a few for figures.

One of the things I liked about the style suit they went with was how much it seemed like it would fit into the Star Wars universe or Sci-Fi story, especially the helmet style. Because the figure was on clearance, I decided it would be perfect for an army building bounty hunter type figure.

Most of the original body is the same, although it did add a few extras like waist pouches and some shoulder armor. I wanted the figure to look more tactical than superhero and a bit grittier with armor plates. Then parts of the main figure were repainted and weathered.

I wanted to add a little extra flair to the figure too. In my head this character was more of a quick moving assassin who relied on hand to hand combat and their wrist weapons. However, just to mix things up I also gave it a heavier weapon jetpack. I used the original figure wingpack and then used a Mission Fleet Boba Fett jetpack and merged them together. The BF jetpack had rotating wing cannons, so I figured those gave this bounty hunter some heavier weapons and more mobility. The pack was also repainted and weathered.

Finally, everything was sealed to protect the paint.
