Decided to create this hot piece here.
I thought it was an interesting look for her. I saw a lot of CGI renderings and then there was that Gwenom vs Carnage covers.

The head is the Toybiz Legends X-23 (it was so awful that it needed a lot of sanding but it did the job
The hair is from the X-Men Last Stand Phoenix
The mouth was sculpted after the hasbro legends Carnage.
THe hands are from the Spider-Carnage and everything else was Spider-Woman in the red.
THere is also some green stuff sculpt work for some of the tendrils
