Started with a GI Joe Classified Cobra Infantry and used Zartan arms and armor overlay. Added leftover Gung Ho boots and Marvel Legends Unworthy Thor head, cape, and Jarnbjorn axe. Miscellaneous fodder sword and shell casings for the arm armor. Cut in scars in his face and custom paint.
