Simple as it gets, took the body from The Batman Catwoman body and the head of the unmasked Batwoman and combined them. Repainted the entire body with a gloss black and added makeup to the face. Goggles are from GI joe classified Viper and whip borrowed from Croc Master.

The unmasked Batwoman head is probably the prettiest head sculpt in the McFarlane Multiverse line. The makeup you added looks really good, and this just works really well for Catwoman!

just bought a loose catwoman (literally hours ago) and was wondering how I could customize her, well now it looks like I'm gonna have to copy this recipe, cause this looks really great! simple but effective, and that unmasked head on the Batwoman body did nothing for me, but here it looks gorgeous

Right! Agree that I wanted to customize the Catwoman figure but just needed the right head. Once I got the Batwoman figure in hand, I popped off the head nad put it on the catwoman body and I was like "Heck Yaaaa, this is gonna work fine!" lol. (don't have to dremel the head at all, it fits on the ball peg perfectly)
