A Justice Society villain that I thought was from the Golden Age of comics. But, he's actually a more recent beast, making his debut in 2010. Well, recent DC debut. His actually creation was in 1941 in MLJ publications, being summoned by "the dictator" to battle Mr Justice.

Fully built on Hulk. Per usual. Cut and resculpted the head and hair. Sculpted on the arm and leg wraps, wings, necklace with skulls, and the skirt sections. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
