It's been over 10 yrs since my last Prime custom and that was 3.75. Inspired by 1987olds442 and going off his design (which I can't even compare to but ty for push) here's 2.0. Almost scrapped it twice but it came out better than I thought for trial run.

The positives for me were the head which is a full McFarlane Hush Superman repaint with additional hair sculpt. The emblem which is 4 different layers of vinyl sticker sheet. The upper torso overall.

On this one I will go back and redo the bracers which were an epic fail and the right boot.

Yeah so usually all Citadel, but found for flesh types Vallejo Model Color works a little better. This is Flat Flesh.
