Fang is the Imperial Guard counterpart to Timber Wolf from the Legion of Superheroes. Aside from all the standard enhanced skills and strength, he also has powers of teleportation and flight. And has found himself in solo conflict with Wolverine, Daken, and Sabretooth quite a few times.

Head was from a BossFight orc. Sculpted on the hair and beard. Sculpted on the boot bands, arm bands, belt, and collar, as well. Hands were from Wonder Man. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
