Used the head and belt from Shriek, upper torso and arms from MCU Pepper Potts, lower legs from Invisible Woman, boot tops from Boom Boom, glove cuffs from AoA Rogue and jacket from Retro Dazzler. Sculpted the hair and sleeves and made the skirt out of craft foam.

I don't know the character but that's a great custom figure. Craft foam for the skirt? I wouldn't have thought craft foam could look that good as flowing cloth. Really great figure with a lot of character.
