I found this Tracker Predator statue from the 'Predators' movie a few years ago on sale and finally decided to do something with it.

Being a statue, it doesn't have any POA, but it was a solid sculpt (although the paint scheme was kind of poor).

The first step was rebuilding the broken shoulder cannon as well as adding more accessories to the figure, such as additional shoulder armor, a trophy belt, hook weapon, etc. Basically extra things to give it a more unique look.

Following that, almost the entire figure was repainted and then given various washes to give it a worn/living look. I decided to go with green armor, both because it felt like a natural color as well as a look that wasn't the typical Predator armor color.

Finally, the figure was sealed to help protect the paint.
