I believe in Japan, Douglas was a white guy, but he was changed to black in the US. I don't think I have that backwards. So, it is a little weird that I'm using the US design with the Japanese name. But Douglas Bild is way better than Oozie Nelson. Rick Norton is better than Jack Flak, too. They chose some terrible names.

Head, upper torso, lower arms, and upper legs were from Hyperion. Lower torso was Wonder Man, with lower legs from Sandman. Upper arms were from Wrecker. Sculpted on the upper legs, bottom of the sleeves, gloves, full torso, hat, and belt. Full repaint, and all done!
