I feel like everyone knows the main trio, so there wasn't much to say on them. But now we're delving into second half, and a bit lesser known. Bell here specifically is a bit of a pull since she doesn't even come from the show. She originates from the Powerpuff Girls fan comic. I think it's the most popular one, and is probably still running today. She was an original creation for that, and serves as an antagonist for the girls. It's a pretty all right comic. Puts all the Cartoon Network properties into one world. I liked it until the Justice League started showing up.

Skirt was from the BossFight zombie line. Head was from one of the Scarlett figures. Maybe the ROC movie line? Fully sculpted on all the hair. Added some sculpt to her upper torso, as well. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
