This actually isn't a full game set, either. Gonna have a lot of those this year. Focusing on just my favorites as opposed to full rosters. I've always liked fast moving characters. I could just never figure out the slow guys. As a kid I legit thought it was impossible to win with guys like Ryu and Dhalsim. lol

Head was from Captain America, sanded down heavily, with the hair sculpted on. Sculpted on the bracers, arm bands, and boots. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
