Using the Select Hulk as a base I used florist wire to make a couple of base v shapes and glued them to the pointed down feet them sculpted clay around the wire. Cut a hole with a hot knife in the belly for the mouth and a couple more smaller ones for eye holes.snipped teeth out of pp plastic and glued them into clay gums and then glued whole set inside mouth. Used craft foam for mouth interior and a Marvel Legends Goblin baf head with extra sculpted horns made from clay coated wire. Then painted green all over. Loin cloth is a Marvel Legends Morbius cloak with bits of the hulks ripped waistband for the straps. Quite a lot of work but he sur looks imposing on the shelf.
