This is my attempt at doing what Jin Saotome has already done! I took the Cosmic Iron Man (which came out with the 1st Guardians of the Galaxy movie). And took him apart, and repainted the lot! Then I made him a belt piece out of craft foam, a neck brace thing out of some plastic I had lying around, a power rod made from a random piece of plastic, and then different shoulder pads (I think they're Odins?). The shoulder pads are a little bit big on him, and only plug in on one side, so I might come back to him later to make them more secure.

I've cut a chunk out of the feet to give him those sort of forked feet he has, and then I also drilled into his eyes and made him little eye balls to try and give him a more furious look. The little fins on his head are two blades from an Assassin's Creed figure.

And the wings... I'm not sure how stable they are on his back, but so far they seem ok. It makes it scary moving him around - but thankfully he's just going to sit on a shelf. They're from a discount Playmates Monsterverse King Ghidorah figure I found for cheap. They are not poseable at all, so it might be something else I come back to later - but they look good, and I got them cheap!

This was the most intense custom I've ever done, cracking it right down to individual parts, but it was really fun, and I feel pleased that it went as well as it did. I didn't think it would come out this well. Hopefully it stays in one piece, because if the wings fall off it'll take out the rest of the shelf.

I'm not really looking to become a professional customiser or anything, but I always want to be able to improve, so if you like something about the way I've done a custom, please tell me so I can do that more.
