Ramrod was left out of the cartoon. That was odd. He didn't have a power that wasn't good for kid's TV. He can manipulate wood, therefore his staff. Vertigo replaced him in the show, and felt a bit redundant next to Ruckus. I think I had to do the most guesswork on this one. You really can't make out his clothes under the coat. So I just took one vague look at his leg and collar and just built it from there.

Head was a really old cast I still had around. Think it might have originated from AngelForge, or that old site they bought a bunch of their molds from. Been a long time. Either way, I fully sculpted the hair. Left hand was Absorbing Man. Staff was from Adam Warlock with the top resculpted. And feet were Daredevil. Sculpted up the shirt, sleeves, entire jacket, belt, and bottom of the pants. Full repaint, and all done!
