You'd think I would follow with White Tiger since he had the other most appearances, but no. Didn't find anything interesting about his design. Instead, Miss Spell stood out to me. A look that takes me back to all those fantasy RPG designs that I want to get to. She is an analogue of Scarlet Witch, the only female member of the Justice Friends, and doesn't really do anything. She just has a couple brief appearances.

Feet were from Black Widow, recut into heels. Hands were from a BossFight faerie. Sculpted on the skirt, full torso, cape piece, and the hat. Full repaint, and all done!
