Fire: ML Punk Storm body, ML box set Polaris head
Ice: ML Squirrel Girl body, ML biker Black Widow head

Fairly straight forward kitbash for Fire. I had to mix a matching skin tone to Polaris' face to use on the body.

On Ice I decided to take liberties with her costume because the one in the comics with the cut-off wife-beater t-shirt looking jacket she had would have been impossible for me to do. And I never thought it was a good design element. I chose Squirrel Girl as the base because her costume had winter wear elements and the jacket would mirror Fire's jacket and make them more of a duo. I opted to repaint the face skin tone to match Squirrel Girl's arms and chest instead of the other way around. I figured there was less skin to paint if I only redid the face. That decision kind of bit me in the butt because even only having to paint over the skin and eyebrows, my old eyes and shaky hands couldn't follow the original facial details exactly and I ended up making her look a bit angry. I had chosen the biker Black Widow head because it had a kind expression which would match Ice's demeanor but I ended up making it the opposite. I tried a bit to get it back to the original expression but couldn't and figured I leave it be or I could end up making it worse.

They're both part of my attempt to customize my DC must have characters over to fit in with the ML style and scale. My list is around 70 characters so I have a lot to do.
