Tara Markov is a character recruited by Slade Wilson to infiltrate the Teen Titans, because he can't beat them in a straight up fight. She gains everyone's trust and then dies, but her character is brought back in various TV shows or even from an alternate universe future as Terra v2.

For this, I used an old fanart I drew (posted in the pictures) which combined the elements of Tara's costumes that I liked. She has a leather jacket, like Terra v2 does, she has shorts (and was intended to have goggles but I left the mask on because it was easier) like Toon Terra does. And she has the general shirt that the original Terra has.

I used a wire frame to build the base of her leather jacket, then put apoxie on in thin sheets to create it. I used apoxie for her sleeves and cut off Harley Quinn's ponytails and sculpted short hair for her. The boots are from a supergirl doll. Then everything was repainting.
