Took an elite Steve Austin torso and added elite 51 Scott hall parts. The trunks and elbow pad were hand painted. Arms came from a British Bulldog just repainted to match the skin tone. Head was missing a ponytail so I glued on some hair from a Seth Rollins head to it.

You know what would be cool if someone made a razor Ramon caped superhero he kinda resembles superman with that forehead curl already
