Here's one of my earliest and easiest "custom" I've done.
An exoskeleton armor of Thing.
Created by Reed Richards for Ben Grimm to wear during a period of time in which Thing had lost his powers.

Walgreens Thing figure.
Steve Rogers head repainted.
Some loose wires and thingamajigs for props.
