Here is another member of DC's Power Company, Striker Z. The base figure I used is a DC Ray figure and swapped the head with a movie Steve Rogers head cast. Added a few little pieces to the head and modified the jacket slightly and then finished with paints. Hope you like him and thanks for looking.
