This version of Manhunter is also a member of DC's Power Company. I used a DC universe classic Indigo Lantern Atom for the base figure. Used foam for the tunic and put together his blade weapon from fodder. The billow sleeves were kind of tricky. They're actually pieces of a rubber glove. Worked good. Gave him a gun and finished with paints. Thanks for looking.
