Baxter Stockman is literally my favorite TMNT character & 2003 is my favorite version of him so I had to give him a human body back. For this process I used the head from the rare 2006 Baxter robot figurine & as for the body I used a painted over Ray Stanz from Ghost busters figure line. I also repainted the head & hair itself while at it to look more faithful to the cartoon's colors since he looked a bit pale.
