Traditionally referred to as an amalgamation of Wonder Woman and Storm. But maybe not. On the collectible card, and the title of the comic, she is referred to as Amazon. But within each comic, she is Ororo Munroe, aka Wonder Woman. In this world, she defeated Diana Prince to take the mantle. Which goes back to Prince and Bruce Wayne as interesting ideas. Not specifically amalgamating characters, but concepts. This is fully just Storm bearing the Wonder Woman mantle. She doesn't have any more of Diana's history. So, it depends on how you want to look at it.

Hands were from the newer female BossFight bodies. Feet were from Black Widow, recut into heels. Sculpted the bracelets, emblem across the chest and arms, boots, tiara, and hair. Cape was cut down from crafting cloth and glued in place. Full repaint, and all done!
