Not Gremlin. Animators say they drew an original character in with plans to replace him later in production... but it didn't happen. He was then included in a few episodes as a background mutant.

Yeah, I thought I would end up being someone important lol I'd love to see them turn him into a real villain... even just a punching bag - and have his powers have nothing to do with his big head lol

This is super cool reminds me of a show Mtv had called liquid TV and there was this character with an oversized head that had an alien living inside I know when customs are great when I see things in them and they have me thinking of things I haven't thought about in years this custom took me down memory lane awesome job 👍👍👍
