I started to purchase the Diamond Select figures after all. Fellt a bit like betrayal to the Toybiz ones, but with this articulation and new design, it just had to be! I do customize them though.

The articulation is splendid, we get details we never saw before, but the weapons are too small, the helmet is somewhat tiny and the painting is bleak.
The other BIG issue is size, for this Uruk is way smaller than the crossbow Uruk on which I have build my army.
So I sculpted another helmet over the original one, gave it the big fangs I did with the others, a more robust chin, new teeth, real hair, some cloth, a bigger sword and a total repaint.
To compensate for the size, I made a stand with a little hill.
