HI guys its been a while. Been dealing with house stuff. Here is one that is oversized for the collection but looks nicer in person away from the wolverine collection.
I picked up most of the pieces of the sword of storms hellboy kits.
I added claws and repainted it and even add some glow in the dark paint to the claws and the eyes- like I said better in person

I bought it at hot topic - that was the only place I could find it - the actual figs were only 1 to 2 inches high
but the pieces it came with made up the skeleton

The closest thing I've found to an articulated 6" scale skeleton (a rather evil looking one, anyway) came as an extra with a NECA Cinema of Fear Freddy Kruger (from the 'Dream Warrior's Film, I believe.) It's the skeleton of freddy Kruggery.
The shoulders, waist-spine, and legs are all rotational cut joints. Nothing too spectacular.
What I ended up doing is buying a NECA Pirates of the Caribbean Pirate Skeleton, and splicing (reinforcing EACH section with a piece of paperclip/Superglue/re-sculpting) ITS joints into the Freddy Skeleton. You can also swap out the hand with the NECA Pirate Skeleton's hand if you're not into the Freddy-Claw.
I don't know how durable the joints are on this Hellboy BAF skeleton (the look like they'd pop out if played with too roughly, based on how it was made to be modular) - but the Freddy Skeleton might work for you.
Cheers,

Really cool work here - I'm always looking for new, well articulated Skeleton figures.
Curious though - I can't find reference anywhere on the net to the Hellboy sword of storms figure series, or that it had a BAF with it. Any BAFs coming with any Hellboy series, actually.
Do you have a link somewhere you could post to the original series? I'd love to pick up a 7" skeleton base figure.
