This one was 4+ years in the making. The Woman Romulan Commander is one of my all-time favorite TOS characters and I wanted to do her justice, especially after the original actress Joanne Linville passed away. I made so many attempts and truth be told, I'm still not 100% happy with it. Made so many abandoned attempts. But I'm not completely embarrassed to show this one, so here's the recipe:

Head: Doctor Who "Clara Oswald" (The resemblance between Joanne Linville and Jenna Coleman in this scale is uncanny)
Torso & Legs: Dax - Trials and Tribblations TOS Uniform
Arms: Lwaxana Troi
Hands: Leeta the Dabo Girl
Ears: Lt. Saavik - Wrath of Khan
Waist Drape: Decius (Diamond Select)

I removed the original hair from the Clara Oswald head and sculpted a more screen-accurate style. Used a scalpel to remove the Vulcan ears from a Lt. Saavik TWOK figure and glued them on. For the body, I sanded down a Dax DS9 Trials and Tribblations figure, painted on the Romulan uniform colors and added some texture along with sculpting the knee-high boots with a pantyhose effect. I used the arms from a Lwaxana Troi figure because they were just about perfect as-is, but I replaced the hands with those from a DS9 Leeta the Dabo Girl figure because the fingerless hand wraps were already there. Then, I 3D-scanned, scaled down, printed, and painted the bottom of a Romulan drape from a Diamond Select Decius figure.

A real Frankstein's monster this was and I'll likely revisit it. But it's good for now.
