I believe this is female Lantern number five, and around the halfway mark. For years, Kyle Rayner was the last of the Green Lanterns. A cool reset to the ever expanding Green Lantern Corps. Similar to how years later they temporarily wiped out most of mutantkind so they could get back to basics. But such things can't last when comics are never ending. So, after a few years, Kyle began recruiting a new Corps. Among them was Anya. Launched from Earth in 1964, she and her copilot ended up lost in space and subsequently frozen. A few decades later, Kyle found and rescued her, eventually offering her a spot in his new Corps. The team was short lived however, with Kyle revoking all their rings. But she remained in space, teaming with another pair of aliens.

Hair was a cast from AvacsLab. Sculpted the upper torso and the top of the boots. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
