Presenting, finally, my custom MU 3.75-scale Classic Captain America! This was the most involved Cap custom and custom in general. Everything prior have been simple repaints, parts swaps/kitbashing, and the occasional head mod but this one is all that. Using all of the customizing skills I've learned thus far. This was not done in one session, but over several years; sourcing the right parts, getting the right paints, and finding the time to do it at all.

I took parts from 3 different Captain America figures: the head and forearms of the TFA Comic Air Raid Cap, the body and biceps of the MU classic Cap(the unique buck with sculpted scale mail), and the legs of the MU series 5 Cap that has the updated articulation.

The head had to be modified, as the socket was too deep and it sat LOW on the neck. So I used pock63's hot glue method to create a shallower socket.

I then repainted the blue parts entirely so that they match. It's not obvious but I mixed two different shades of blue: one mix for the head, neck, armpits, crotch, and legs and another mix for the scale mail. Then I sealed it with matte clear top coat. Though in hindsight, I should top coated the scale mail area with gloss.
The face was also repainted as when I originally got it, there was a big chip on the nose exposing the blue plastic.

The Shield I bought loose online but I believe it was from the AOU basic 5 POS Cap. I repainted the red with silver and then clear red to complete the metallic red, silver, and blue.

After all was said and done, it looks great. I'm very proud of this one. Now I just have find one of the badge-shaped shields.
