He's been both an Avenger and a New Warrior, this is Vance Astrovik aka Justice, appearing in his current costume. The body is Iceman/Silver Surfer. The head is Gambit. The cape comes from the Sentry. It wasn't very difficult to make, and I'm really happy with the results. Photos by Nara.

Love the colours and the detail is very sharp and neat. Didn't recognise the head at all so hats off to you!
