This one has been done before. I was horrified when I removed Pitt's wrist chains to reveal non detailed posts underneath. I had to sculpt the muscles and veins into his wrists.

I also cut off the tip of his fingers and toes (as they were claws) and sculpted nails and tips. This was also my first venture into nipple sculpting as Pitt didn't have any.

I also wanted to get rid of the weird face that Pitt had. I shaved off all his features (except his teeth as I wanted these to show through between his lips) and resculpted his face and hair.

You can see in the photos that I changed his hair a little between photo shoots.
