It was time to do a new custom but I was unhappy with what I had to work with. I settled on the LCBH Conan head; it's a strong sculpt and hasn't been overused. I scalped him and gave him a receeding hairline, then attached the head to a Doc Ock body. Instant Red Ghost! My wife helped me with the fur collar; she's cool like that.
