I can recommend most any Castlevania game as a source of inspiration (design-wise) for any aspiring artists. Particularly those of us who sculpt / customize.
This series is famous for it's artistry. Even if you don't care for these types of action/adventure games your bound to see SOMETHING you like.
I believe it's from one of the larger Indiana Jones figures.
Thanks again for commenting!
I wasn't immediately sold on the redesigns either but when I thought about them from a marketing perspective I thought
"wow, these would make great action figures."
Since Trevor has been well received so far I'm moving on with the Grant, Sypha, Carmilla, and Golem customs.
Golem and Grant may take a bit longer than the ladies will but I think the amount of work will be well worth it.
Thanks again!
From the series of games from Konami: Castlevania.
In Castlevani III:
Trevor teamed up with the Priestess Sypha Belnades , the undead Pirate Grant Danasty, and the very popular son
of Dracula, Alucard. Together they set out to end the Count's reign of terror.
He was the first of the legendary Belmont family to actually defeat Dracula.
However, he was severely wounded in the battle and carries scars from that confrontation.
Since then, even after losing an eye, he still went after the creatures of the night and has had recurring roles in several other
Castlevania Games. Most recently being the Wii Fighting Game Castlevania: Judgment.

The painting took a lot longer than the sculpting did. That's always the case with me it seems.>_<
It was a lot of work but also a lot of fun. His paint hasn't been wearing at all and I've been playing around with it a lot.
Hopefully I can get that same effect on my next few Castlevania customs.
