Wow it's been a while and this latest project was supposed to be quick but as always, I had trouble with the very last bits. In this case it was the hat, I couldn't match the sculpt to the movie one, then it wouldn't fit. But I finally finished.

The base is a MM Joker with a full cloth costume, including the mask which I thought was necessary and was the first thing I did actually. I walked out of the theater after seeing the movie for the nth time and though:"a Rorschach with a cloth mask needs to be made, well, I guess I'll do it." I also painted the inkblots in sort of a watercolor method to get that specific look.

Since the hands on this figure suck(coincidentally however, they are the same glove design as in the movie) , I was limited for choice of accessories. I wanted his grapple gun but he wouldn't be able to hold it. I was also going to make the Comedian's button, but I lacked the strength(maybe later) so I settled on one of his 'calling cards.'

Let me know what you think.

Why is it that whenever you make a custom, it turns out epic? Nice figure man, wish I had one myself, and I like that the whole thing used cloth.

Impressive cloth work on this figure. Usually, I'm not a fan of it on 6" figures, but you pulled it off really well.
I've been re-articulating the DCD Rorschach figure, but I've run into trouble finding a suitable bottom-trenchcoat piece that's flexible enough to maintain articulation.
Do you have a pattern for this Rorarch jacket, or was it free handed?
If you had a pattern, I'd love to get a copy from you.
Thanks,
-Blayne
