Keltor is the Son of Skeletor and Evil Lyn. He is a ruthless killer and extremely powerful sorcerer. When he was born Keltor was kept a secert for more than 20 years. He was trained and mentored by Skeletor and Evil Lyn in Snake Mountain to be the most evil sorcerer and leader known to the universe. As a child he was cast out of Snake Mountain and was sent to walk the Dark realm on his own, til he became a man. In his travels he fought in the Horde army and also learned from Hordak and Horde Prime, they were unaware of who he was at the time. Upon his return to Snake Mountain he found his father to be dead at the hands of the Horde. Enraged by the death of his father Keltor swears revenge. Paying tribute to his father, Keltor wears a yellow skull mask and wears armor similar to Skeletor. Weilding Skeletors Havok staff Keltor with help from Skeletors minions kills Hordak and Horde prime by casting the spell of death on them he learned in his travels in the Dark realm rotting them from the inside out. Upon killing Horde Prime Keltor absorbed his and Hordak's power in a Jewel he wears on his chest that now makes him stronger than even He-man.

Now the King of Snake Mountain and leader of the Horde, Keltor looks to take over Eternia, and kill He-man.
