Hi this was my first ever custom, unless you count reattaching my deathlok figures leg, I really wanted a stature to go with my young avengers set but I couldn’t even find a custom of her so I decided to make my own.

I started with an invisible woman 12 inch I got in the toysrus sale cut off her heels and sanded her feet flat then went on to sand down the 4 insignia.
Didn’t know what to do to change the hair to look like casie's so I left it as it was, hopping someone could give me some tips?

Any when it came to making additions to her costume having never done this before I stupidly sprung for paper clay which has a habit of breaking off. but for a first attempt I think it went ok I molded a collar, belt and cuffs which I tried to make match the costume from the last ark of young avengers finally I panted the costume and mask on with mat enamel paints except for the silver bits they were gloss any hope you like her like I said not very creative but ok for a first time out and she retains the 28 points of articulation and looks really cool towering above iron lad and co

That's awesome! The only thing I hate about enamel is that you have to have a special compound just to get the paint out of your brush. I know I need to take my own advice on this next part, but masking tape works wonders for painting straight lines... I'm definitely going to be attempting to use tape to help with the lines on my next figure.

yeah, enamel is mean in most cases. but your figure looks great , I'm not really familiar with her other than she is scott lang's daughter. but looks good from the photo

I agree with toymaker
acrylic (water based water clean up faster drying easier to mix)
enamel (oil based messy to clean up - slower drying time- harder to mix &doesn't dry as well
stays sticky for a loooonnnggg time)
good job like the idea

Welcome. Looks good, nice job. Like TMB said acrylic paints work better for figures but it looks like your enamel job turned out well. The sculpting also looks good. We all prefer different types of sculpty here but I use the Fixit sculpt on my customs and it hardens like a rock when your done and you don't need to put it in the oven to bake, just let it sit.
Again, nice job

Welcome aboard soul, Nice custom. You may want to use Acrylic paints and stay away from Enamel all together. Very nice for your first attempt.
