I had made my Red Skull (check him out on this site!) out of Destro and he needed a foe. Saw the Firefly and thought he had a commando look to him. I liked the leggings which harkened back to the Easy Company paratrooper uniform, plus he had the jump straps.
I took off his Cobra flak vest, and sculpted the upper torso into the signature chest armor and star. Painted the lower torso--which had a sweater texture--into the stripes. Finished off most of the uniform in a flat blue, gloves a dirty red, and the leggings a brownish-red.
I also painted all his gear to have that old khaki-leather-greenish hue (being in the Air Force helps sometimes!). I left the mask-head on, as I think it's more realistic he'd hide his skin-for identity issues but also he's a commando--stealth and all. Added Roadblock's helmet with a sculpted "A" over a blue stripe--keeping the blue for Cap and the old green helmet for history. And sculpting an "A" that small is NOT EASY!!
