This is a Marvel legend Icon of Bullseye. I started out with Giantman, cut off his antenae's attached some ears from The Watcher..(He watches, not hears) Couple coats of Black paint, splashed on some white for the gloves and boots. Added a belt from Cap America Icon and made a leg holster and there you have him. Hope you like it.
