Custom figure #2. Red Skull in a more traditional WWII look. I sculpted an armor chest plate, as a right handed shooter, canting his stance I had him take a few rounds center mass on his strong side.

Recipe:
Base - Red Skull
Hands - Union Jack
Arms - Skulpted, (not the best job)
Coat - Nick Fury
German Insignia - The owner of the hobby shop gave me a sheet of stickers.. :)
Chest plate with bullet hits - sculpted

Paint:
jacket and boots - gloss black
uniform - olive drab
chest plate - flat black and silver undercoat
gloves - gun metal grey
collar / arm band - flat white and flat red.

Thanks, our first born arrived on tuesday, so it may be awhile before #3. Comments and feedback greatly appreciated especially w/ scuplting. God bless,

Thank you all for the postive feed back.
Patraw, now that you mention it they do look like overalls. doh! I almost broke off his arms trying to get that coat on so maybe I'll just repaint the front.
And thanks for the congrats for Jr.s arrival, He'll probably be trying shoot them with my airsoft rifles in the next few years. I'm going to hide mine and buy him the 3.5'ers.

Excellent work, ol' Skull looks great in a trench coat (a matching black officer's hat would've been nice too). While I know that wasn't your intent, the green extending up to his mid-torso gives the impression that he wearing his pants way up high like an old man--I think painting the lower torso black, to match the top, would've resulted in a better overall look, but it's a minor quibble. The potato masher grenade was a great choice for an accessory too.
