Death – Scythes of the Fallen Seraphim

Well reading the forum for this contest it seems that it would be ok to just make one horseman of the apocalypse, which is just what I did. This is an original design / character custom made just for this contest. Introducing the fourth and final horseman as you’ve never seen him before….. Death – Scythes of the Fallen Seraphim. When the three other horsemen induce their wrath on the Earth, it will be Death that will bring the final end to humanity concluding the Apocalypse.
First off, let me give props to everyone who made all four horsemen for this contest in a month, now that’s some serious customizing dedication. While I did design three horsemen I only had time to make one so I went with Death. Shame this wasn’t a two month contest, it would have been cool to make the other two horsemen I designed that would have looked just as insane and kooky as Mr. Death here.
I designed this custom with bizarre flair such as the one posable wing instead of two (inspired by the one winged angel Sephiroth from FF7..because real evil only needs one wing) that and two wings would mean two scythes as the wing turns into his scythe. The custom has a magnet on the lower body that allows for the switch between his “normal” legs and his horse body, only because I wanted this custom to be a real “horseman” of the Apocalypse.
Death – Scythes of the Fallen Seraphim was made from a whole lot of different figures. Right arm and left leg from LH Superpatriot, Sota SF Remy hair, Movie Ghost Rider Caretaker head, Neca POTC Cursed pirate left arm and right thigh, ML Iron Lad right lower leg, Final Fantasy 8 Skeleton enemy chest, Spawn Centaur horse body, and quite a few other figure odds & ends.
