First of all I really enjoy seeing the work that you guys do. I am trying to learn to do a few old school figures myself. So I read the tutorials and wanted to start by seeing what it takes to paint a figure.

I took a Archangel and painted him with a gloss white and Insignia Blue. Not the greatest paint job but it is my first custom. Hoping to get better in the future.

Lesson learned. Find one picture and use that. I noticed that each artist did something a little different with the drawing of the figures.
