Tommy Lighning was a "master" of electricity and yet another member of the Crusaders. For this character I took a Daredevil figure and removed his horns and batton holder. The rings on his arms and legs are made from apoxie sculpt. The electrical bolts on the side of his head are made from craft foam. Mixing the colors was tricky but I think got it without making it look to femmy. As always,I value all comments and questions.
