Base Figure:X-Men Origins Clear Blue Iceman
Height:3.75 inches
Have not seen a small Quasar so I started with a 3 3/4 X-Men Origins Ice-Man and painted it to match an older Quasar design. Both wrist bands and belt are painted on. I used a G.I. Joe head and a 5 inch Superman cape cut down and painted blue. He moves everywhere except the elbows (enamel flesh tone paint - all I had on hand). I hope you like it.
