Alex Summers is Havok, mutant cosmic energy-absorber and discharger. He lived in the shadow of his older brother, the X-Men's Cyclops, until coming into his own as the leader of X-Factor. After a stint in an alternate reality, he returned to the X-Men. More recently, he has joined the the Starjammers to bring his insane brother Vulcan to justice for the death of their father.
This is a figure I completed years ago, before the release of the Toybiz ML. The base figure is Silver Surfer. The head 'loops' were made from hard white plastic, and the forehead jewel is some ornament I found somewhere (and was actually the impetus for creating the figure).
