American made in 2005. For the most part a simple repaint of the Tommy Hawk figure. However, for the tassles, used a plastic easter egg and a blowdrier to form to the biceps. Removable Levi Strauss vest not shown. Belt is melted plastic flattened while hot. When we saw this character in the store, it screamed "Warpath!!".
