Can't help catch a few chuckles when working on female customs. Something about painting all those body crevices seem to bring on the giggles. Sometimes would wonder, is this how it's done cuz it sure don't feel right?! But getting more practice making these hotties sure goes a long way in improving a customizer's skill. They demand a lot of attention to detail (especially their make-up n' hair!) and getting their proportions just right sometimes requires a PHD in Girlology. For Felicia, felt that an anime face best suited her, so found one from a Tenjho Tenge figure. Would've preferred a Bome monsieur, but they're bloody expensive and a shame to dismantle. The Tenjhos are well priced, easy to come by, and close enough! Got the big hair from a big ol'Toybiz Storm, the feet from an Animorph, claws from a Mcfarlane Raenis resculpted for a more cutesy pair. Used a XXX Vivid Star figure for the main body, with additional sculpt work on the grill, her pointy teeth and cat ears. The tail was made from sculpting apoxie over a steel wire, sanded/primed/paint. Drilled a hole to allow the tail to pivot - not as messy as it sounds. Additional white vinyl was cut to detail her costume. Poor Sabretooth sure isn't having a nice week. First he gets decapitated by Logan, now this? Stuck prancing around in a kid's videogame, getting his tailed re-wrangled by some ferocious feline in a catsuit! Thanks for stopping by fellow gamers! ![]() |
