Having recovered from his duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi, Annakin Skywalker (now Darth Vader) resumed his relentless hunt across the galaxy for the remaining Jedi. First and foremost on his mind of course was Obi-Wan Kenobi. Darth Vader employed the bounty hunter guilds with the special task of bringing in Obi-Wan Kenobi either dead or alive. Among the guild, Vexohr-Ra was the craftiest and most mysterious. Not much is known about Vexohr-Ra, not even what species he hails from. Vexohr's search brought him to Tattooine, where he stationed himself as a clandestine agent of the empire. He became an outlaw and for a time and found employment freelancing for the Hutts as a hired gun and mercenary. For a short time he lived with the Tusken Raiders and by his prowess and savage skills in battle, he became a Tusken warlord. While on Tattooine, he learned about the Force and studied all he could about it. He even constructed his own light saber and became quite skilled with it. However, he was an apprentice without a master, he had no guidance. He could not realize the true power of the force on his own. Some years had passed, but the hunt for Kenobi was always on his agenda. In time, he learned about the strange "wizard" who lived out in the desert. Consequently, he searched for this wizard who in fact turned out to be Kenobi. Vexohr attempted to kill Kenobi, but was severely wounded while dueling him. Kenobi could see that Vexohr had tapped into the power of the force, but he was conflicted and had no direction. Kenobi took mercy on Vexohr and nursed him back to health. Along the way Kenobi took it upon himself to school Vexohr in the use of the force. Vexohr graciously accepted Kenobi's instruction and became his apprentice. Obi-Wan Kenobi soon felt a disturbance in the force, he knew that soon the young Luke Skywalker would come to him and he would have to leave Tattooine to meet his destiny with Darth Vader. By this time the Jedi were considered all but extinct and both Kenobi and Vexohr determined that Vexohr's skills would best be used covertly. Vexohr-Ra and Obi-Wan Kenobi parted ways and Vexohr once again assumed a clandestine role...not as an agent of the empire, but as an undercover Jedi Knight. He would go on to travel the galaxy, always seeking ways to subvert the Empire and the Sith.
