Picked a hot toys headsculpt that looked pretty close to chris evans, then dremmeled and resculpted the mask,custom hand sewn outfit with varoius modified military accessories. Modified boots and gloves, repainted them with lots of washes to get that red leather look. Finally, custom repainted shield from marvel signature series cap. My favorite custom in my collection!
