In the future, where the weak, and tired Superman in a terrible battle, gets exposed to red kryptonite, Alan Scott, the Green Lantern rushes to his aid. In a desperate attempt to save him, he tries to destroy the meteor rock using his ring, but instead, the ring absorbs the radiation. The energy from the kryptonite then transforms Alan into the Red Lantern, and mysteriously transports him, and Superman into another time, and dimension.


The base figure was a Kingdom Come Green Lantern.

The first step was to remove the head, shoulder pads, loin's cloth and cape from the figure, then I sculpted the knee caps and shoes to resemble more of a medieval armor and added a new loin's cloth, all of this made out of Apoxy Sculpt; After that I painted the entire figure with Dupli-color toreador red automotive paint, followed by Model masters black and my own mix of colors to create the steel/gray color for the under armor details and chest emblem.

The mask was painted also with Model masters insignia red.

The new shoulder pads and back emblem were made out of foami sheets painted with the automotive paint.

The figure was then top coated with Model masters high gloss lacquer.

The sword was from my fodder box, modified to fit the figure's hand and painted using the same colors for the figure and clear coated with Future floor wax.
